Arrived in Kerikeri at the airport needing transport as the person collecting me was unable unwell. Luckily Bob was at the counter and was able to rent me a vehicle on the spot. Bob was accommodating and helpful. He was clear with instructions about returning the vehicle back to airport, which is not always open, which was extremely helpful.
