Everything was great from first discussion ideas to finalising the programme. We were very happy with how everything ran smoothly on the ground with pick ups all very clear information and on time. The places we stayed in were excellent and the quality exceeded expectations. The app was really useful and we liked the countdown feature. The only minor concern was we felt it was very close to departure when we got all the final itinerary and paperwork ans had to chase for it, but we do appreciate there were lots of things to dovetail together. The staff are all very helpful and responsive.
