Poor quality service - such a shame. I've shopped with Farmdrop for almost a year - items are repeatedly missing, or improper substitutes provided without warning (e.g. dairy products whereas I ordered vegan). For a premium price, the service is unfortunately poor. Today, my food delivery was dropped off at another house. The driver couldn't find my house so left my food with some nearby house and told them to drop it to me. This house has kept all my food and now I am stuck contacting farm drop for a solution. I have no food and I am isolating, so quite the predicament. I am really truly shocked at how poor this service is for the price I've paid. I stuck with Farmdrop for almost a year (weekly shop - so approximately have shopped with them almost 52 times). I have had issues at least 25% of the time. Would not recommend at all.
