“Poor quality service - such a shame. I've shopped with Farmdrop for almost a year - items are repeatedly missing, or improper substitutes provided without warning (e.g. dairy products whereas I ordered vegan).
For a premium price, the service is unfortunately poor. Today, my food delivery was dropped off at another house. The driver couldn't find my house so left my food with some nearby house and told them to drop it to me. This house has kept all my food and now I am stuck contacting farm drop for a solution. I have no food and I am isolating, so quite the predicament.
I am really truly shocked at how poor this service is for the price I've paid. I stuck with Farmdrop for almost a year (weekly shop - so approximately have shopped with them almost 52 times). I have had issues at least 25% of the time. Would not recommend at all.”
“What started off as a great concept where you were willing to pay a premium has become a chaotic waste of time and money.
As noted in other reviews mouldy food arrives, dirty food, old food, wet food, burst containers, ruined food and incomplete orders.
They don’t even know what they deliver and expect you to tell them what is missing...the customer service is appalling with day waits for replies and not even the courtesy of a confirmation when they tell you they will call back.
The recent reviews from others are entirely true..”
