I bought a product there of which one of the important ingredients was no longer present (this is exactly why I bought the product). At first they did not respond to my complaint at all. Only when I started a complaint via PayPal did they respond to the complaint. The product was supposed to be returned, but it was never collected. I did not receive my money back either. This is unstylish to treat your customers like this. I will never buy from here again.
