“Fino a qualche tempo fa erano affidabili, ora purtroppo non lo sono più: i prodotti che ci sono sul sito non sono in realtà disponibili (o al max ne vengono spediti solo alcuni), dopo diversi giorni dall'ordine arriva un'email che dice che rimborseranno entro 14 gg (che già è un tempo esagerato), ma da quello che leggo pare che poi invece non lo facciano. I prezzi convenienti sul sito sono solo uno specchietto per le allodole, perché i prodotti non ci sono. Da evitare.”

“I bought a product there of which one of the important ingredients was no longer present (this is exactly why I bought the product). At first they did not respond to my complaint at all. Only when I started a complaint via PayPal did they respond to the complaint. The product was supposed to be returned, but it was never collected. I did not receive my money back either. This is unstylish to treat your customers like this. I will never buy from here again.”
