First time I ordered a whole beef tenderloin and it was pretty good so I ordered again. I ordered another filet and 10 ribeyes. The filet was just a big blob of? Who knows what. It was certainly not a real filet. It was so tough we couldn't hardly chew it. The Ribeyes were beautiful BUT, they were so tough and chewy we fed them to the dogs!! When I messaged them they responded by saying that we didn't know how to cook them. It made me so mad that I didn't even respond. I just knew that I was going to make a review and let other people know how this company is!! I'm 68 years old! I know how to cook but, my son in law is a chef and he's the one that cooked all of these steaks. He eats his Rare and my daughter and I eat ours medium Rare. I wish I had looked at the reviews before I ordered from them. I will never get anything from this place again!! I'm like a few of the other people that said they would give them a big fat -0 if that was possible!!
