“Aisles overstocked with goods on display causing obstacles. Most products priced so that you have to buy 3 or 4 of each item to make an savings and single items overpriced”

“What was 3 for 10 pound is now 14.50.even higher on some items...had enough now it just daylight robbery ,weights are also a lot smaller and lighter .... whats supposed to be a budget company is now a very greedy company wont be going there ever again”

“One decided to brave a small town and venture into a Farmfoods store. One politely said thank you, as a rather portly gentleman that made space for the trolley and myself. Only later to be given the evil eye and mouthed to me F off. Being a Christian, Demons don't like the glow of the Holy Spirit. At that point one bound his curses in Jesus' name put back my fresh green beans & fruit, stamped my feet, returned the trolley. Eagerly headed back to Morrisons. Will never grace the horrid store again. 2 stars for the car parking and swept floor. A rather sad drab experience.”

“There a old guy who works at farmfoods clifton when I came to the till to pay he said what do you call a prositute he replied pay as you go it disgusting I'm a Muslim he said also about cucumber”

“Came in 11th May to farmfood clifton store and was welcomed and I was struggling to find items on my list so the young lady helped me find them and got them for me was very polite and friendly malisa the young lady was very helpful and service was excellent thankyou to her”

“Came in to do my shopping and heard one of the staff be nasty to collegue at clifton store said will someone take this over there and I felt sorry for the colleague and as a customer felt I cauldnt ask for help incase I get shouted out attitude”

“Came in to clifton farmfoods 30th April 2024 in morning for 1st time today and had wonderful shopping experience was welcomed by a friendly, bubbly young lady and the customer service by young lady and young gentlemen was great better than other stores I been to they were also very busy still had time to help us find price for baby orka and get milk”

“I have been a Farm food customer for forty or more years and lately most products I buy have risen by 20 or even 30 per cent therefore I will be looking elsewhere. I will not be buying anything anymore from your shops as you are too expensive. Goodbye”

“Use farm foods about every month.buy toilet roll and kitchen roll in bulk. Things have increased in the last few years but if shop around the store lots of bargains can be made. We brought a crown frozen turkey in December and we cooked it last week. Without doubt it was the best turkey we have had for years. Wish I had kept the wrapper.an added bonus is if you spend certain amounts you can get a discount with the vouchers if you register online or have a leaflet through the post.”

“Came in on 17th February in afternoon I found the young gentlemen with red long hair customer service appalling I ask if he cauld find me chicken tenders he ignored me and then try to overcharge me sounded like he didn't care bad customer service won't return where the other girl who always polite and helpful think mallisa I feel he need to learn from her”
