“I would suggest every time you are going to advertise special offers,why don’t you make sure that the store has got plenty of the offers in stock. We used to shop at farm foods a lot years ago, but only occasionally now,because you have got more expensive, and your store at Cowplain Hants seems to never have the simplest of things in stock.”

“Aisles overstocked with goods on display causing obstacles. Most products priced so that you have to buy 3 or 4 of each item to make an savings and single items overpriced”

“What was 3 for 10 pound is now 14.50.even higher on some items...had enough now it just daylight robbery ,weights are also a lot smaller and lighter .... whats supposed to be a budget company is now a very greedy company wont be going there ever again”

“There a old guy who works at farmfoods clifton when I came to the till to pay he said what do you call a prositute he replied pay as you go it disgusting I'm a Muslim he said also about cucumber”

“Came in to do my shopping and heard one of the staff be nasty to collegue at clifton store said will someone take this over there and I felt sorry for the colleague and as a customer felt I cauldnt ask for help incase I get shouted out attitude”

“I have been a Farm food customer for forty or more years and lately most products I buy have risen by 20 or even 30 per cent therefore I will be looking elsewhere. I will not be buying anything anymore from your shops as you are too expensive. Goodbye”

“Terrible poor quality food, fit for the bin, not at all happy, feel sick eating cheap processed foods. Stores was run down and scruffy aswell. Wouldnt recomend and surprised they are still in business”

“First shop at Basingstoke branch. Most frozen veggies we bought had powered white ice and bits of ice in the bags. This tends to indicate that temperature was not maintained at correct level. Their own brand food we bought was tasteless. First and last visit for us. Will stick with Aldi, never had an issue's with their frozen products.”

“Farmfoods in Tredegar is horrible. It's dirty and messy and the staff are ignorent and unhelpful. I've witnessed one staff member shouting and screaming abuse at another staff member on the shop floor. A lot of the produce is out of date with moldy fruit just left unchecked. The place is generally depressing, so I go to Iceland.”

“I placed my order in February 3rd, today is March 15th, my order still hasn’t been processed or shipped. I contacted their support team to be told that they stopped processing orders on January 26th while they get their warehouses up and running. It would have been nice to know that before placing an order. I don’t know when my shipment of meat will arrive, but considering how things are going, I don’t have much hope that the meat will be of good quality. Seriously, don’t waste your money or the time you’ll be waiting on a product that may never come, you’ll die of starvation by then. I haven’t received what I ordered, but I must say that I regret doing business with them and you probably will too.”

“Buyer Beware!! You're not going to get the quality of meat you expect at these prices. I wish I had seen these reviews before my purchase. Now I'm stuck with old, frozen burnt beef. Beef should not look green in the package. I will never buy from this company again!”
