“First shop at Basingstoke branch. Most frozen veggies we bought had powered white ice and bits of ice in the bags. This tends to indicate that temperature was not maintained at correct level. Their own brand food we bought was tasteless. First and last visit for us. Will stick with Aldi, never had an issue's with their frozen products.”
“Farmfoods in Tredegar is horrible. It's dirty and messy and the staff are ignorent and unhelpful. I've witnessed one staff member shouting and screaming abuse at another staff member on the shop floor. A lot of the produce is out of date with moldy fruit just left unchecked. The place is generally depressing, so I go to Iceland.”
“I placed my order in February 3rd, today is March 15th, my order still hasn’t been processed or shipped. I contacted their support team to be told that they stopped processing orders on January 26th while they get their warehouses up and running. It would have been nice to know that before placing an order. I don’t know when my shipment of meat will arrive, but considering how things are going, I don’t have much hope that the meat will be of good quality.
Seriously, don’t waste your money or the time you’ll be waiting on a product that may never come, you’ll die of starvation by then. I haven’t received what I ordered, but I must say that I regret doing business with them and you probably will too.”

“Wish I had read the reviews first. Purchased this for a gift, supposed to be filet mignon, pork chops and salmon. Received a notice that they refunded my credit card $13.99, I asked why and they said it was a refund for the filet mignon. That's the whole reason I purchased it. If they would have contacted me and let me know before shipping I would have cancelled the order, probably why they didn't. $2/filet? Awful company.”
“Horrible experience. I was excited to order from this company. I received 1/2 of my order, and shipping was delayed by 4 days even though I paid for expedited shipping (2 days). I reached out to them 4 times and never received a response. Also, I never received my grass fed beef steaks I ordered. What a horrible customer experience. Buyer beware. They promote themselves as a caring company. My experience was no human interaction and the do as they please.”
“my order arrived about 3 weeks long and there was no dry ice left in the package by the time it arrived. Inside the box, there was blood stains everywhere. Sharon at customer support was helpful but the replacement package, which was supposedly sent out as expedited took another 2 weeks to arrive with missing item in it! haven't had a chance to try the quality of their meat yet, but i would never order from this company again. Their packaging looks terrible and some are missing expiration dates. Do Not order from this company!”
“Wish I had read the reviews! I was supposed to get a half pig but got a mishmash of pork. I didn't get a lot of what was described: no pork chops, sausage, hocks etc. All the bacon was ends and pieces. I got a ton of ground pork and pork steaks. I will be trying them tonight. I am just hoping they aren't tough. I will never order from these people again!”
