I complained and was only told that I could receive a discount on my next order. I ended up throwing all the meat in the trash. Do not throw your money away with Farm Foods.”

“I placed my order in February 3rd, today is March 15th, my order still hasn’t been processed or shipped. I contacted their support team to be told that they stopped processing orders on January 26th while they get their warehouses up and running. It would have been nice to know that before placing an order. I don’t know when my shipment of meat will arrive, but considering how things are going, I don’t have much hope that the meat will be of good quality.
Seriously, don’t waste your money or the time you’ll be waiting on a product that may never come, you’ll die of starvation by then. I haven’t received what I ordered, but I must say that I regret doing business with them and you probably will too.”

UK Farm Foods is a Scottish-based small supermarket-chain that uses £ and kg. UK Farm Foods mostly offer freshly frozen great-value food. Please don't confuse the negative reviews here for the UK Farm Foods stores!”
“I purchased the More than 10 pounds of grass-fed boneless Ribey and/or New York steak deal. Extremely disappointed when the meat arrived! Only one piece of meat was properly vacuum sealed. All the rest of the packages had air in them and the meat was freezer burned. Four of the packages were actually torn open and the meat was exposed. This makes you wonder what contaminants the meat could have possibly been exposed to. Upon contacting customer service they referred me to an article from USDA stating that as long as the meat was frozen it was safe to eat. They said the plastic packaging tore open during shipment and that it was safe. I'm sorry but plastc does not mysteriously just tear open. Who knows when or how these packages got torn open and what the meat touched in the process. I am not feeding poorly packaged meat that is shipped from who knows where to my family. I offered to have the meat shipped back if the company would provided me a shipping label which they refused. I demanded a full refund and they kept telling me that the case is under review. What is there to review? I sent pictures of the torn packages as they arrived. There is no way to contact this company by phone. Everything is handled via web chat and email. Shameful way to do business and shameful way to stand behind your product. Do not waste your money on this company!!”
“When shopping in farm foods today I noticed another customer who was not wearing a face mask. When I asked a member of staff why they did not ask the customer to comply with government policy, they said management had told them not to confront customers. Surely a polite reminder to the customer would have been appropriate to safeguard other customers and staff. Very disappointed with this policy”
“BUYER BEWARE.
This is the second time we ordered with this company. The first went OK. The meat was not very good, except for the flap steak. So, when we ran out, we did a second order of just the flap.
Here is where the real problem started. We got a shipping notification that it would be delivered Wednesday. It showed the package was in our city and would be delivered by 9p. When the delivery didn't come, I got an update from UPS that it was being delivered on Friday. I emailed the company to say there is no way the meat can stay fresh for that long.
They said it was out of their hands and to contact them once it arrived. Well, on Friday it arrived. Warm and spoiled. We opened the package to take pictures of the mold and then UPS took it back with them.
I have since emailed the company 3 times with the pictures asking for a refund and no response. Next, we will have to dispute the charge. They claim to be so busy, but if you can't handle customer issues, then maybe you need to hire more people or take less orders. BUYER BEWARE”
“Use farm foods about every month.buy toilet roll and kitchen roll in bulk. Things have increased in the last few years but if shop around the store lots of bargains can be made. We brought a crown frozen turkey in December and we cooked it last week.
Without doubt it was the best turkey we have had for years. Wish I had kept the wrapper.an added bonus is if you spend certain amounts you can get a discount with the vouchers if you register online or have a leaflet through the post.”

“First shop at Basingstoke branch. Most frozen veggies we bought had powered white ice and bits of ice in the bags. This tends to indicate that temperature was not maintained at correct level. Their own brand food we bought was tasteless. First and last visit for us. Will stick with Aldi, never had an issue's with their frozen products.”

“Ordered half a cow for $1800 shipped. Comes in 4 deliveries of roughly 50 pounds each. Shipping was adequate, took about 2 weeks for first box to ship and one every two weeks after that. Meat tastes good, maybe a little too much fat on some cuts, but steaks are thick and tender. Now for the bad. When you pay for half a cow you expect some quality cuts of meat. I got 0 Porterhouse/ T-bone steaks, only a couple filets, about 10 NY straps and the rest was flank steaks roasts and ground beef. What they do is take the best steaks from the half of cow you already paid for and resell them to customers just ordering specific cuts. So they're making a killing off the same cow. When you pay for half a cow you expect all the meat from that half. I won't be ordering from here again.”

I spent over $300 for trash, I ordered the pork shoulder and it was more fat and bone than meat, the so called filet mignon was hard as rock(not filet mignon in my opinion) and the so called ribeye was not ribeye, hard too, not to mention the pounds and ounces they clearly stated that it was 'between that and that,'completely false, when weighed my kitchen, it was way less. Do not be duped by these people, do not buy!!!”
