When shopping in farm foods today I noticed another customer who was not wearing a face mask. When I asked a member of staff why they did not ask the customer to comply with government policy, they said management had told them not to confront customers. Surely a polite reminder to the customer would have been appropriate to safeguard other customers and staff. Very disappointed with this policy
