I ordered a package and did not receive what I ordered and when I contacted the Company to tell them about the missing items they refused to send me the meat I did not receive but offered a store credit . Why would I want to order from them again after they sent me half of my order ?!? Do not trust !”
“Placed my second order of steaks and other meats from Farmfoods. Received it as it was delivered to my door. Opened it up to find the dry ice had evaporated away, the foam cooler that it had been shipped in was cracked completely through on bottom, side and top. Good portion of the steaks and other meats were already thawed. A couple of these packages weren’t sealed or had some how had tears on the outer packaging. Immediately took pictures and sent an email top their support line with description and pictures of what I received. Got 2 run around reply emails asking for pictures, then a second of a list of what was spoiled or opened. I replied with the same pictures an a detail again twice. It was as if they (Brian) were not reading the email I sent them. Finally, no response what so ever after two weeks. Don’t waste your time with this company. There are plenty others out there that provide better quality products and do back up their sales Market House or Buffalo Gal to name a couple.”
“When shopping in farm foods today I noticed another customer who was not wearing a face mask. When I asked a member of staff why they did not ask the customer to comply with government policy, they said management had told them not to confront customers. Surely a polite reminder to the customer would have been appropriate to safeguard other customers and staff. Very disappointed with this policy”

This is the second time we ordered with this company. The first went OK. The meat was not very good, except for the flap steak. So, when we ran out, we did a second order of just the flap.
Here is where the real problem started. We got a shipping notification that it would be delivered Wednesday. It showed the package was in our city and would be delivered by 9p. When the delivery didn't come, I got an update from UPS that it was being delivered on Friday. I emailed the company to say there is no way the meat can stay fresh for that long.
They said it was out of their hands and to contact them once it arrived. Well, on Friday it arrived. Warm and spoiled. We opened the package to take pictures of the mold and then UPS took it back with them.
I have since emailed the company 3 times with the pictures asking for a refund and no response. Next, we will have to dispute the charge. They claim to be so busy, but if you can't handle customer issues, then maybe you need to hire more people or take less orders. BUYER BEWARE”
“I purchased short rib, couldn't wait to get it. They didnt send me a tracking number so I had no idea it had been shipped. We have a long drive and the UPS driver left it at the gate. Since I had no idea it was coming it sat there for 2 days in 90+ degree heat and spoiled. When I contacted them they told me if I pay half the original cost again they would ship me more.”
“Garbage. Supposed to receive order of 50lbs - was less than 40lbs and packaging damaged and leaking. Customer service refused to remedy the issue. Do not buy from these people.”
“Very poor customer service and bad response. They only ship on Monday and Tuesdays, we were told shipment would be to us within 2 weeks. Had we not canceled the order would have been over 4 weeks. They print out a UPS ticket, then never ship, the ticket showed less than half the weight we should have been getting, nobody told us why only half was going to ship. Our credit card was billed the day of order for the entire amount. Would not recommend unless you want to ty up your money for months.”

“They took our money but did not contact us. There excuse was suspected fraud, but they charged our credit card. Then they promised to ship to arrive yesterday. They will not supply a tracing number and they want us to download an app which is prohibited by the company for security reasons. Again no call, no text and they still have no delivered and it is 17 days since they charged us.”

Prices are very favourable, foods are quality, so I really satisfied with them.
They should focus on expansion, like more stores or online order option. I would be even more happy with them.”
