“I purchased short rib, couldn't wait to get it. They didnt send me a tracking number so I had no idea it had been shipped. We have a long drive and the UPS driver left it at the gate. Since I had no idea it was coming it sat there for 2 days in 90+ degree heat and spoiled. When I contacted them they told me if I pay half the original cost again they would ship me more.”
“Garbage. Supposed to receive order of 50lbs - was less than 40lbs and packaging damaged and leaking. Customer service refused to remedy the issue. Do not buy from these people.”
“Very poor customer service and bad response. They only ship on Monday and Tuesdays, we were told shipment would be to us within 2 weeks. Had we not canceled the order would have been over 4 weeks. They print out a UPS ticket, then never ship, the ticket showed less than half the weight we should have been getting, nobody told us why only half was going to ship. Our credit card was billed the day of order for the entire amount. Would not recommend unless you want to ty up your money for months.”

“They took our money but did not contact us. There excuse was suspected fraud, but they charged our credit card. Then they promised to ship to arrive yesterday. They will not supply a tracing number and they want us to download an app which is prohibited by the company for security reasons. Again no call, no text and they still have no delivered and it is 17 days since they charged us.”
