Wish I had read the reviews! I was supposed to get a half pig but got a mishmash of pork. I didn't get a lot of what was described: no pork chops, sausage, hocks etc. All the bacon was ends and pieces. I got a ton of ground pork and pork steaks. I will be trying them tonight. I am just hoping they aren't tough. I will never order from these people again!
