my order arrived about 3 weeks long and there was no dry ice left in the package by the time it arrived. Inside the box, there was blood stains everywhere. Sharon at customer support was helpful but the replacement package, which was supposedly sent out as expedited took another 2 weeks to arrive with missing item in it! haven't had a chance to try the quality of their meat yet, but i would never order from this company again. Their packaging looks terrible and some are missing expiration dates. Do Not order from this company!
