Horrible experience. I was excited to order from this company. I received 1/2 of my order, and shipping was delayed by 4 days even though I paid for expedited shipping (2 days). I reached out to them 4 times and never received a response. Also, I never received my grass fed beef steaks I ordered. What a horrible customer experience. Buyer beware. They promote themselves as a caring company. My experience was no human interaction and the do as they please.
