What would this have cost in a restaurant. Roasted for 1 hour at 200 degrees our Rump of beef was literally melt in the mouth. A real centrepiece celebration meal with no real effort. Arrived in the window selected and unwrapped to warm up and air. A slice would have been £30 at least if you were out on a Sunday for lunch. Wagyu is almost as good.
