Placed an order today for a 3d printer, total value £218. Some time later got an email saying they could not process the order for several reasons, largely me being an individual rather than a business without a trading history. Fair enough. What is not fair enough is they have taken my card payment and now I have to wait for several days to get my money back. Avoid them like the plague.
