What a shame a company as long-standing as Farnell is reaching the bottom. I made an order today as there is the equipment I need for a job in a hurry. I created a personal account and paid for the items with my debit card for next day delivery (Around 350 GBP) only to be told that I need to pay by bank transfer, however; they had already charged my bank card. Turns out only half of the items I ordered were actually in stock contradicting their own web site. I was warned that Farnell was going to pieces but did not listen. I’m sticking with RS and Mouser from now on.
