I ordered $690.00 worth of goods from your company and after never receiving any of my orders from the 28/08/22 through to October last year. I firstI wrote to you regarding my orders your company informed me that my orders were ready for shipping but this never happened. I then informed your company that I wanted a total refund for all my orders and I only received under $250.00 from a $690.00 that I had sent you. When I never heard back from your company after I was told that I would receive my refund with in 1-2 weeks again nothing happened. I emailed your company 2 more times enquiring about my full refund and my emails were never answered. This has put a lot of financial pressure on me regarding the amount of money I spent on my orders. I’m really upset with how I was treated and just dismissed and not even worthy of receiving reply’s to my last 2 emails. I should have had a more thoroughly read of your reviews before buying from your company. You advertise that your company is there to help buyers but you have failed miserably with that and I would say that it’s false advertising. I would appreciate an email from your company regarding paying me the rest of my refund which amounts to over $440.00. I would suggest to people thinking of buying from any of the companies that are under the heading of “ The Fashion World” to thoroughly read all the reviews regarding this company before buying from them. Please get in touch with me regarding my $440.00 that I still haven’t received from you. I am really saddened by the way I have been treated. You can easily go and look at the 4-5 emails that I have sent you regarding full payment of my refund. I think I really deserve an answer from your company why they haven’t paid me let alone send me any of the 6 orders I placed with you over a 3 month period at a total of $690.00.
