“Worst Experience – Avoid This Store I had a very frustrating experience at Fashion World, Gurukul Road, Ahmedabad. The service is very disappointing. I went back to the store the next day to exchange a product, but they straightaway refused. Even though the item was unused and the request was made within a very short time after purchase, they didn’t cooperate at all. The staff and owner were unhelpful and showed no interest in resolving the issue. They clearly stated that exchange is only allowed for defective items, which was not explained earlier. This kind of behavior feels misleading and unprofessional from both the sales staff and the owner. Not recommended at all. Avoid buying from this shop.”

“Predatory variable APR if your credit file has any issues. Mine jumped to nearly 75% APR after an issue that i had to work with with my credit card provider. Luckily i can afford to pay the sharks off quickly. Others may not be so lucky. Avoid.”

“This company is terrible. They don’t stand by their products; things are made cheaply with skin irritating materials. I do not recommend them. As soon as you ask for refund they ghost you.”

“Ordered an item,paid £6 next day delivery,item eventually arrived five day's late. Terrible customer service,should have at least offered a part or full refund on postage. This was my first time and last time of using them.”

“Such a scam! Ordered multiple pj's for my family for Christmas, never delivered, won't refund and I have no pj's for my family for Christmas. So upset to pay for something and not only not get a refund, but get blown off and no have recourse. These people are thieves! Stay away!”

“They are a scam. I purchased Christmas pajamas and they never delivered them. They said they showed I got them but in their map where it says delivered is a field way past my house. I emailed and told them and they have done nothing. This is such a scam I should have known better.”

“Joke of a company!!! Won't issue my refund from 2 weeks ago... More interested in getting a photo of my card front and back...why...just want my refund! After 6 calls to what seemed like the whole of Europe and 4 messages, they are blaming my bank for losing the money...”

“Ordered jacket poor quality and didn’t fit. Now they say it’s in refund policy they never showed one. I wish I had seen reviews before I ordered. They stole 59.00 from me. This is an awful place to order.”

“I paid a big chunk of my balance which I had saved for ages to just make my monthly payments more manageable but the payments didn’t lower, I made various requests to adjust the minimum payment but no help . I was constantly hassled for more money when I couldn’t afford any more. No help at all! AVOID , AVOID , AVOID . Better options out there where they actually care!!”
