Avoid this company have no regards or loyalty to there customers .I went in hospital a while back and asked could I defer a month payment they did but charged me 80 pound interest the month after then yesterday added to move my dd to the 1st of month and they won't absolute joke they are will be paying my account if and will never bother with them again. 4 .5 years been with them and never missed payment only the one when in hospital AVOID dealing with tbem

This company has done nothing but harass me for payment on an account that’s paid . Phoned,emailed assured it was put right but still emails coming through to say I’m owe them money . Complaints dept a joke as girl I got did nothing but talk over me until I put phone down . Give them a wide berth if you’re wise they have got to be the worst company ever

I have never been on this website or ordered tbh. But looking from these reviews it is AWFUL! I woke up this morning and had a letter from fashion world, telling me they are unable to accept my order because of something to do with my credit. I have NEVER even heard of this website until this letter came through. I’m genuinely so confused idk how they got my name and my address but I’ve 100% never used or heard of this website before. Be careful guys

I would urge everyone to avoid, doesn’t matter if u have good credit or bad credit the interest rates are horrendous, some are over 58% and some are 68% you never see your debt go down I pay £108 a month and have for years on a £3500 debt I still owe over £2700 please please avoid, I wish they had refused me credit I didn’t understand how high the interest was when I took this credit on, hoodwinked!!!!! I also have a good credit rating!!! And have never missed a payment in about 7 years!!!!

I ordered 4 Kaftans 3 weeks ago and have tried emailing this company several times as why they haven’t been sent and no reply What is even worse when I look up my account to see the orders and it says no orders. This company is shocking communication is non existent

Was told I had new credit limit ov £500 went to order new garden furniture to be told I was - money on my account even though I have been paying my monthly payment an emailed with new credit.

i orded something a month and 3 days ago still have not heard anything , can not even track my order . the worst thing i put in another order i have not heard anything from that order , i have been trying to contact the company but no reply .

I had no access to my account when needed to view any previous transactions took me 3 months & 8 conversations to finally be able to get access to MY OWN DETAILS (they were finally emailed to me) as the website DOES NOT show any previous information on my account?? And finally when I mentioned I was going to contact the ombudsman if they did not give me access to view my previous statements I finally got a response, very strange how things are handled. Something very dodgy going on with this company, DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM!

it gave me 175 credit limit and then decreased it to 0 literally 1 minute after acceptance. wth is that about?

As other reviewers stated, I also was offered 150 credit limit, so I placed an order and checked in my account the next day to find my credit limit and order was cancelled, with no explanation as to why. To do this to people is disgusting and extremely unprofessional. I have never known this be done by any other credit service and it should not be allowed! It is wrong on so many levels. Appauld by this. Would give zero stars if it would allow me to. Terrible service and a bad way to treat customers. I will not be ordering from you by any means

Got accepted for £150 ordered some clothes for my daughter for Christmas turns out my credit limit has went down £0 disappointed 😞 why accept me then decline me

Seems they have done this to a lot of people but they let me order then cancel the items straight away without any warning and remove your credit limit. Rude and extremely unprofessional

Ordered some birthday presents and was planning to pay of in installments as moneys tight, I was accepted for 175.00 credit, ordered a few things didn't go silly didn't even total 50.00 and then they cancel and remove the credit without even an email to say why. Why give credit in the first place if that's what your going to do?

I ordered an item 6 weeks ago and the item was showing in stock only to find out there stock system isn’t correct after I spending 40 mins on hold and being told a manager would call back After 3 more call and losing it with customer services agent and she promised a manager would call back by 4 I had to wait another 2 days poor service and I’ve decide not to order again The joke was they offered 10% if my order when on line they was offering 29% I understand the current situation but j think the management team need to be re trained and I’m still awaiting the parcel today

I have purchased all sorts of products from Fashion World never had a problem. Good quick delivery when u need it & good quality fashion wear. I always pay just a little over minimum on time. Rey happy with this company

My wife open an account got 500 credit limit place an first order Christmas presents 350 placed second order was accepted chk next day order cancelled with drew the credit with out a word and have sent a letter asking for full payment and I no other family members that it has happen to the let you get into debt then stop the account stay away
