I paid a big chunk of my balance which I had saved for ages to just make my monthly payments more manageable but the payments didn’t lower, I made various requests to adjust the minimum payment but no help . I was constantly hassled for more money when I couldn’t afford any more. No help at all! AVOID , AVOID , AVOID . Better options out there where they actually care!!
