Ive been a loyal and true customer to this company for a very long time i have never had any issues ive always paid on time and paid extra on my account but the last 2 orders i have placed both have had issues and on phoning the company the customer service was dreadful so ive made my decision now to just not order anything more and keep paying my monthly payment and finish with this dreadful horrible company .The advisers need to be retrained and also learn some respect and manners towards there customers .There loss not mine so sad that it has come to this as i have always rated Fashion world as a good loyal company but my last 2 orders have been awful and customer service advisers have made me feel highly stressed and very upset with no help or support 😢
