I ordered an item 6 weeks ago and the item was showing in stock only to find out there stock system isn’t correct after I spending 40 mins on hold and being told a manager would call back After 3 more call and losing it with customer services agent and she promised a manager would call back by 4 I had to wait another 2 days poor service and I’ve decide not to order again The joke was they offered 10% if my order when on line they was offering 29% I understand the current situation but j think the management team need to be re trained and I’m still awaiting the parcel today
