On 22/09/2020 when my Microsoft Office for Apple expired I purchased a subscription from FastSoftware as it was more competitive than other sellers. I needed it urgently to complete documents and was pleased with the promise of immediate download. I followed the instructions exactly, copying the license key then clicking the download link. When instructed I entered the product key and an immediate message came that this product key had been used! I contacted support immediately but despite repeated communications and following instructions the software never worked. After a week of trying to resolve this with David I was no further forward and requested a refund, explaining that at this point I had no choice but the renew my subscription with a reputable seller as my documents had to be completed. I received no further communication and no refund, so I feel I have been scammed. I thought this was a UK seller but it became clear they are US based so not subject to safeguards that protect buyers here.
