I bought Microsoft Office Home and Student 2019. They gave me product keys to use. When I used product keys in my Microsoft Account, Microsoft says product keys have been redeemed. I then tried to do live chat of Fastsoftware but when I mentioned my problem, live chat was suddenlt disappeared. I was surprised. I sent email to customer service, David told me send me screenshot of Microsoft account, I uploaded altogether 4 times, he then asked me to do again without solving my problem. They are a fraud, cheater and hypocrite. Do not buy anything from them, you will lose your money.
