I bought one of their products and then my computer broke. I paid £25 for something I only had use of for a few months. I sent Fast Software an email asking if I could reinstall Office 16 on my new computer and was totally ignored, would I buy anything else from them? Probably not, nothing wrong with the product but the after sales service is not good.
