I could not download your Microsoft Office 2016, after many hours of trying. I wrote to a Jack Woods in your US office wit=th very little response. He finally stopped replying to my requests. I asked for a refund and that's when he stopped replying. I will notofy my Capital One credit card company and will open a complaint unless I receive my full refund.
