Have purchased from them in the past and this last time was awful. Purchased Microsoft Office and downloaded it, went to activate it and it says the license key was already redeemed. I chatted and emailed requesting help with no response. I should have already been contacted to get this resolved and have not, and will be disputing any charges with my credit card company if it is not resolved.
