I could not use Office for Mac software. After checking with Microsoft, it turns out that Fast Software have sent me a Windows key for the Mac software I ordered.
The order email clearly shows I bought Office for Mac, but they have issued the wrong key. I cannot get hold of support on the phone (it just says they are unavailable at the moment and to send an email).
I have also tried their chat service - I've now been waiting over half an hour without any response.
Absolutely abysmal service!
