Had a problem like all others and called the number provided. An Indian man solved the problem and then sold me McAfee Security Plan. That cost an additional $200. A few months later he called back and said my computer was being hacked and told he was my technician. I ran the security and it showed no problems. So I told him it was okay. Since then he calls almost daily, sometimes 5 times a day from different phone numbers. So beware they helper may want to scam you into buying and bugging you!!
