I had one small problem regarding a purchase, so I got on their Live Chat and ended up with Paul. Absolutely useless he kept saying the same thing over and over with no regard to what I was trying to say. I couldn't believe anyone could be SO unhelpful. If you get Paul to chat to, just try again later, that's my advice.
I ended up sorting it out myself.
