We lost my Dad very suddenly and had no idea where to even start looking for caskets. The mortuary had a beautiful pine casket, but it was almost $10k which was extremely outside of our budget. We found the Norwich Pine casket on your site and it was almost identical. But at a fraction of the cost. My Dad was always a frugal man, so we knew he would be happy to get a deal. We also found an embroidery for the casket which we ordered at a different time. The casket was delivered quickly - and even had the embroidery already installed. The delivery crew set it up beautifully at the mortuary...and they even took the packaging with them (we were told by the mortuary that we would need to discard any packaging). My family was overwhelmed by the amount of care given to us in such a time of need. Although we wish we never had to make such a purchase, we are thankful for this company and the quality of their product.
