First time using FastLabels service and raised some post-payment order queries via email. Was surprised to receive a very prompt callback from 'Georgia' who was super pleasant and helpful in listening to my query and making sure I had a solution. Today, I had a further query around time-scales to suit my event requirement and spoke to 'Bethan' who was just as friendly and helpful. Too often is the personal touch forgotten/eradicated from modern day business transactions. Although my order was relatively insignificant in value, the service I received during both call's was first rate and for that reason, I will be a repeat customer and will happily recommend to others. Georgia & Bethan are a wonderful credit to the business. I only wish there were Georgia's & Bethan's in every company I interact with.
