“Apart from printing my labels perfectly and delivering them on time, they were also quick to get in touch with me when queries arose. On one occassion I had a delivery returned to the printers, as I had made a typo in my address. When I contacted them the chap was very helpfull and initiially arranged to reprint them for me, which was great but would have broached my deadline. However, he subsequently phoned me up to sayy he had managed to trace the whereabouts of the original batch, corrected my address and had them out the same day. Proper service.”
