Paid for express shipping, they updated my order as shipped the next day but didn't actually ship until over a week later. Didn't get my items in time before leaving on my holiday, which was the reason I paid extra for express. Sent two support inquiries and received no response to either even after another week of waiting. 0/10, definitely would NOT recommend using these guys.
