“Ordered a PlayStation 3 KES-410 Blu-Ray Disc Drive from Fasttech (order #12993) in November 2025. After placing the order, I initially heard nothing for over a month until I reached out myself in January. I was then told the disc drive was on back order, while the toolkit portion of the order was shipped and later received.
Unfortunately, after that update, communication stopped again. I followed up multiple times in April and May and received no response regarding the missing disc drive or a refund.
I understand delays and back orders can happen, especially with older gaming hardware, but the lack of communication and follow-through has been very frustrating. At this point I am pursuing a dispute through my credit card company for the undelivered item.
Just sharing my experience so others are aware.”
“I ordered a screw driver set and a PS2 disc drive from them. About 3 days go by and nothing. So I send an email and get a reply back from James saying that the screw driver set will be shipped out but the disc drive is a special order and won't ship out until the next week. I find this fishy because nowhere did on the site did it say anything about a special order or that there will be any delayed shipment. It appeared that the item was in stock. Anyway cool no problem. two days later an Amazon box shows up and there is the screwdriver set. I ordered thru fast tech for $80 but the box came straight from Amazon, I look particular set up on Amazon and it was $30. I was a little mad that they are selling this for $80 more and didn't even try to hide it but hey good for them. So it has been two months and I still have not received my disc drive. I have tried calling and left messages. I have emailed a few times. No answers or replies at all. So I basically paid $130 dollars for a $30 screwdriver set from this place. I highly recommend you try to find other places to get retro parts from.”
“Long, long long, time ago I saw a drip tip but was sold out. When I Google it, Fasttech not only had the drip tip but it was a set of 5, same print, different styles. Cheaper than the single one.
I placed a decent size order couple years back. Pretty much all was discontinued. There was some items that was not longer available. So they called me and over the phone the Rep and I figured out my order. Between same item, different color or size or different brand but less cost, both named brand. She even dropped cost for me.
No problems ever with the merchandise sent.
Just 1 issue. Don't wait till you need it to order it. Shipping is free and shipping time is long.”

“Placed an order, there was no mention of return policy. I did place order for wrong part. I reached out the day i got the item as i realized it was wrong part. The item was fulfilled by Amazon and Amazon takes returns for 45 days no questions asked. Fasttech will not give me an exchange or refund. Even told them i am willing to take the partial refund what amazon will offer, but no response. If you have such return policy, it would be ethical to share it during order process and include in order receipt. Hiding behind a policy in a hidden portion of website is poor business practice”
“Horrible experience received just fog coils totally submerged in slimy water smelled horrible when I open the package shipped two months to get it and now I’m fighting for a refund because I will not use those in inhale and that into my lungs”
“ordered on April 28th it is now July 13th. Still no package. Blamed it on covid 19. I ordered same product from Amazon and got it in a months time, Do not do business with FastTech they are not reliable. No refund either.”

Asked for refund and they won’t give me one, filed a complaint with PayPal, waiting. If you can’t deliver product to customer in time, don’t charge till it’s delivered!”

“Paid for express shipping, they updated my order as shipped the next day but didn't actually ship until over a week later. Didn't get my items in time before leaving on my holiday, which was the reason I paid extra for express. Sent two support inquiries and received no response to either even after another week of waiting. 0/10, definitely would NOT recommend using these guys.”

Shockingly bad customer service after order is placed. They will lie to you and most issues you raise are considered your fault.
Delivery times and method is totally unreliable.
Difficulties getting products fixed under warranty; warranties are often short.
If you are still keen on dealing with them pay using Pay Pal; at least this way you have some recourse when things go wrong, and they usually do.”
“STAY AWAY! They delayed the order and would not respond for weeks. Then they charge my credit card more than what was supposed to be charged. Then they tell me it's out of stock. Originally it was supposed to take 5-7business days, then they changed it to 7-14 business days, then they tell me it's out of stock only after I contacted them several times. It took over a month to receive the actual products I ordered and when I did receive them every single vape coil burned out within a few minutes (I had bought 5 packs). I again contacted them asking for a refund, asking for the extra money they charged me back or asking for new WORKING products. That was in July of 2018, I just received a response today, April 11th 2019, saying "sorry that products is no longer under warranty". This company is a scam in every sense of the word. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! I'm not being bitter, just being honest and trying to save people from this nightmare of a company.”
