It is now May 6th, and after I email them they blame covid-19 for shipping delay.
Asked for refund and they won’t give me one, filed a complaint with PayPal, waiting. If you can’t deliver product to customer in time, don’t charge till it’s delivered!”

Shockingly bad customer service after order is placed. They will lie to you and most issues you raise are considered your fault.
Delivery times and method is totally unreliable.
Difficulties getting products fixed under warranty; warranties are often short.
If you are still keen on dealing with them pay using Pay Pal; at least this way you have some recourse when things go wrong, and they usually do.”
