WORST COURIERS EVER. Parcel was meant to be here on 12th Nov and now its the 18th and still not here. Told several times it was on van for delivery. Told they were unable to access property for delivery. This is false, I'm working at home, can see the drive and road from window. Drive is open so no reason to not be able to gain access. When I asked for contact number for head office I never heard from them again. Shocking service. Will never use them or buy from any retailer that does. I cannot believe they are still in business. Customer service is non existent.
