“Worst Courier Service in Ireland. Delivery Status reads left at front door of house. Checked 2 hours later no delivery at front door, I had left Note on front door with phone number to call for delivery instruction, this was ignored by courier.”

“My parcel never arrived! The courier lied he/she made no attempt to deliver the parcel. I was in fact at home waiting on such parcel and no attempt to contact me by phone was made nor was there a note left to say they attempted to deliver my parcel. Why was it not left in a safe place like previously? Because the courier couldn't be bothered to deliver my parcel on a Friday evening. This is unacceptable, I do not know when I'm going to receive my parcel or if I even will receive it. It's probably lost now! The fact that I can't even contact customer service now because you are closed and I have to wait till Monday and I probably won't even get a reply.”

“I am very disappointed with the delivery service. One day, I received an email saying that my parcel had been delivered and a signature was obtained — but I never received the courier, and no one signed for it. Today again, it shows that a delivery attempt was made and failed, but no one came to the door. This level of service is unacceptable. Very poor communication and unreliable delivery.”

“I was handed a parcel with the edge fully open and broken pieces falling out. Like the items inside were destroyed and not fair on the small business I was supporting. In their defence the package said fragile all over it and it was not handled with care at all.”

“The worst delivery service in Ireland, period!! My package was not delivered at all, I got the message saying they tried, but never did! Dreadful! I would know if they tried to deliver, as someone is always home or I'm working from home. Awful communication, never get answer back!”

“Absolutely terrible, how this inept excuse for a courier service is still operating, constantly delivering parcels to addresses to mystery areas, no customer service and 3 times in a month I've had parcels lost and they refuse to take responsibility, I've started cancelling orders now if I see they're using fastway”

“Possibly the worst delivery service in Ireland, should be called Castaway Any time I have been waiting on a parcel from these cowboys I get constant emails to let me know they've attempted to deliver it despite zero attempts to actually deliver it (I work from home so I would know if someone had actually tried to deliver) Always an issue, have never had a single transaction with Fastway that hasn't required time and energy from me on following up with them”

“Absolutely awful. I will not reorder from companies that use them. They have left parcels in a post office 10k away. They throw parcels over the wall and drive away - no notice, no message. Have found deliveries soaking wet after several days. Terrible service and very hard to contact to ask for any help.”
