The worst of the worst, I have a parcel box beside my door. A huge box with parcel box written on the top so they will be out of sight and dry. Fastway don't knock and just leave parcels out at my gate for the world to see, up on my windows even when it's pouring rain and I've ordered electronics and still the same with this crowd. All the other courier companies try knock and then can also read so they put them in the box that says parcel box on it. It's fairly straight forward. Don't know why companies choose this crowd, I hate to see that it's being delivered by Fastway.

The fastway starts to mess with people's orders. One month and I am still waiting for my package, If there were zero stars I would put that instead of one.

It would be difficult to know where to start in terms of just how poor this company is. Abusive driver, no way to adequately communicate with company with a complaint, messages re delivery sent after delivery completed so u can't actually rearrange delivery to another safe place.

Fastway never fail to disappoint. They have 'lost' deliveries from both reputable and not so well known companies. I have had a lot of grief with them and had big disappointments for birthday and now Christmas. I will never order from a company that uses Fastway again. No wonder you can't call them by phone, they must be inundated with complaints.

Was tracking parcel that i purchesed fastway was the courier i got a notification that the parcel was delivered 12 hours before the time stamp on the notification allways the same with fastway not a very reliable service

Parcel was supposedly delivered on the 4th, apparently signed for, it was not delivered to me. They then retrieved it and say they delivered it to me on the 7th having obtained a signature, again not me. It was Saturday the day after the big storm, we were home with no electric, no sign of a parcel anywhere. Fastways have been a nightmare all year, the same thing happened a few months ago, also we had one parcel thrown over the fence into the hedge. We also had a delivery of two parcel for some one else, the nightmare of getting them picked up by Fastway. They did eventually pick them up. They do not give a damn for any one, not their customers or the people they are delivering to. As with others I will now not be ordering from any company that uses Fastway.

The service is appalling. I was contacted 11 days ago to let me know that the parcel was going to be delivered that day...I haven't heard again. No is replying to my queries. The last 4 out 5 parcels delivered by them ended in refunds. The most outrageous excuses. This time not even that...the just not replying the queries.

I cant say enough bad things about this company. Ive never had a delivery from them without an issue. Its never delivered to my house, usually left at the local shop without my permission or contact and that's if they bother to delver it at all. Latest one was emailed as delivered 6 days ago, it was not. Ive sent 3 emails to customer service (that's a joke) and no one even bothers to reply. They shouldn't be allowed to trade.

At home but parcel was left in the garden in the middle of a storm. No attempt to ring the door bell or send delivery notification. Delivered at 10 am, discovered at 3pm, a damaged sodden mess. What self respecting courier outfit would leave a parcel in such conditions. Blame is with the retailers….they have a choice and should abandon these crooks. A Post every time who have a duty of care. Again ZERO ZERO ZERO!

The package was opened, part of it was stolen. The package is dirty. Customer service said that I should contact the sender???? Worst service in Ireland.

Has to be worst delivery company in Ireland never delivers your package on time.Always get a email to say we at we attempted to deliver your package without success even doe there is 100 people work in the building from 7am till 6pm....Hate when I order online and find out its fastway awful company.

This company needs to be abolished worst delivery company ever. Firstly said they attempted to deliver my parcel but no one was home when in fact I was home all day and have a ring camera so Ik they never showed. Then the next day it said it was delivered. IT WAS NOT. Lying bastards. I was also home all day that day. If I could give 0 stars I would.

My package was due to arrive on Thursday 21st November. I paid extra for it to arrive this day. No tracking information from inaccurately named "Fastway". Company I ordered from did return cost of my express delivery. However the parcel did not arrive until today Wednesday 27th November, 6 days later. It was an expensive item so was meant to be signed for. Working at home this was no problem. I received a message this morning to say package had been delivered? Thought this was strange as I had not signed for it. Went to front door and nothing there. Looked down garden and the package had been thrown onto the wet and frosty lawn. If I hadn't been home the package probably would not have been there when I returned. Companies need to stop using this courier. It is by far the worst service ever. This has not been the only issue with them. I will no longer shop now with retailers that use them. Wake up and realise retailers that you are losing customers and money not saving it.

Numerous times I got notifications saying my parcel been delivered and it's not.It was delivered after an hour or two but not by Fast way but some random person from different neighbourhood....

Was supposed to receive my package waited around all day no sign , then got email to say they tried to deliver which was not true I will not be ordering from any company that uses Fastway in the future,

Cowboys ! Third time in the last month that I ordered online and received an email stating it was delivered and signed for. Absolute lies, I was home on all three days. No one came to my door or delivered anything. Contacted their online portal and was spun different lies. Fiest they said it was delivered to my house. Then they said it was delivered to an neighbour and then they told me that my front door had apparently been left open and they left it inside my house. Total lies. My front door is always locked and not one of my neighbours received any parcel for me. You will tell them you never got an order and they will completely disregard what you are saying and tell you to check again and again. On all three occasions my parcels were never retrieved and I had to request a refund from the seller. So disappointed in these cowboys

Received an email saying my package would be delivered today, tracker info confirmed this also, then the tracker info went missing, contacted their poor excuse for Customer Service, the alternated between telling me it was on board and it would be 48 hours! Tracker info still missing, worst company ever!

If there was an option for minus stars I would have giving it! Every second time I am expecting a delivery through this shambles of a company there is an issue! Companies need to stop giving contracts to them.
