“If I could give 0 stars, I would. An utter disgrace, every single time I have had packages delivered by this company. As a matter of fact, ādeliveredā is not the right word to use because the couple of times I have managed to get items through them, has been after calls from rude drivers and me collecting from their depot. And those were the lucky times because the other times I havenāt even gotten the items. Disrespectful on the phone, arrogant, cocky, always coming mid morning Monday to Friday even after being told thereās no one home because we work⦠Last item was sent back without even a call or email about attempted delivery, stated my phone number had not been provided (when it had, in the original purchase and through their support button, no actual way to contact customer support because if you use the support button it takes a week for them to get back and thatās only with a generic email. I am fuming and the worst is all the times Iāve used, it hasnāt been my choice since it wasnāt stated when making purchases that Fastway would be the one delivering; had I known it was, I would have never made the purchases. DO NOT USE THIS COURIER!”

Wrote via support button as it was suggested, asked to call before deliver, suggested estimate delivery time - no reply. Wrote several times via email too, via instagram, via facebook, still silent.”
“Horrendous beyond belief. Fastway confirmed my small parcel was delivered and that I had signed for it and they had this proof. The CCTV showed this never happened and when I asked for this proof, they refused to provide it and blamed the company I bought it from!!! Amazing considering I was at work that day and did not sign anything. A delivery company that does not deliver and then blames me for their failure!!!!! Avoid, avoid, avoid - a pidgeon would be more reliable.”

Absolutely disgraceful service from Fastway yet again. My parcel was loaded onto a van on the 3rd, sat there for an entire week with no delivery attempt, and was finally scanned again today, the 10thāonly for me to get a notification claiming that I rejected the delivery. Thatās a complete lie. I was home all day and no one even showed up.
To make it worse, my parcel is now being sent back to the sender after one fake āattemptā that never happened. This isnāt a one-off mistakeāitās consistent incompetence and dishonesty. Thereās no working phone number, no email that gets answered, and zero accountability anywhere in their system.
Every time one of my deliveries ends up with Fastway, itās a nightmare. They never deliver when theyāre supposed to, and they make up excuses like ācustomer rejected deliveryā to cover their failures. The only parcel they ever managed to deliver on time was thrown into a bin that was later collected and disposed of.
Fastway causes nothing but stress, wasted time, and frustration. The fact that this company is still operating is beyond me. They are an embarrassment to the word ādelivery.ā”

“Worst delivery service I've ever used. It took over 2 weeks for an order to be delivered. I sent emails trying to locate my delivery and got no response. I no longer never use any company that uses fastway for delivery as this is now the 4th delivery issue I've had with them”
“Parcels constantly marked as delivered when they haven't. Parcels constantly dumped on the door step when there is a MASSIVE parcel box that the drivers walk past. Half the time they are on their phones and just don't look and throw it on the door step, that's if I'm lucky. Some are so lazy they dump it on the pillar in the rain. It's only fastway that do it! They used to be like this for years but then over the past couple years they got better for us but in the last 9 months or so it's gone back to the old lazy service, even the customer service is non existent”
“My experience with ParcelConnect has been dreadful from start to finish.
The website is barely usable:
⢠I couldnāt create an account without errors.
⢠Password resets never reached my inbox.
⢠When I finally managed to sign up, the system rejected every address I entered with the vague message āPlease use some other address.ā
⢠The order confirmation email linked to a non-existent tracking page (404 error).
⢠Even on the real tracking page, my label ID wasnāt recognised.
Customer support was no better. It took more than 48 hours to hear back, only after I chased through a Fastway rep. My parcel, due for collection the next day, wasnāt picked up at all. Two days later, support admitted, āParcelConnect never passed this collection over to us.ā They said it would be five days after the scheduled date before it could be collected.
I had no confidence it would ever be delivered, so I booked a same-day service with Captain Courier instead. Within ten minutes my order was confirmed, the courier arrived in under an hour, and the parcel was delivered within two. Night and day compared to ParcelConnect.
To make matters worse, when I requested a refund I was told that despite emailing support@parcelconnect, the person replying actually worked for Fastway, not ParcelConnect, and couldnāt help me. They directed me back to ParcelConnectāwho have no other contact details listed.
Finally, I was told my refund would take up to four weeks. You took my money instantly but expect me to wait a month for it back? Unacceptable.
This has been the single worst delivery experience Iāve ever had: broken systems, poor communication, and no accountability. I would strongly advise others to avoid ParcelConnect and use a competitor instead.”
“Awful Delivery Experience with Fastway
I paid for day after delivery from this company for a parcel that was sent out from a location about 50k from my house. The representative/driver left a note on their tracking system to say that he called to the house at a certain time and tried to contact me by phone. These are lies as I was in the house all-day and there was no call logged from this person. I also could see from their system that this person was in my locale but had left for his base at the time he said he called to the house.
It is now three days ago, I cannot even get a response from the company even though I emailed them many times.”
“I have called your disgrace of a courier after he wrote me a text at 7 am in the morning, responding to him at 9 am without any response coming after that.
He told me that he is able to deliver only early in the morning.
I've told him that he is doing a paid service, not a favor to me, so he should deliver at any time after 9 am which is convenient for me.
He started talking rude that I can reach out to the shop where I made my order or collect it at Little Island if I'm not happy, and then hang up, then he stopped picking up my calls. No email or phone on the website either.
This is absolutely inappropriate behavior from a courier. He must face disciplinary action for such arrogance.
I'm not able to adjust my life to some whimsy capricious courier with a Strong and Independent personality because it's more convenient FOR HIM to deliver packages at 7 am in the morning.”
“Had to call down to the depot in Little island, County Cork. For a parcel that was delivered but not left at the door as no one was there to accept delivery. Ten days later and three visits later we have not received the parcel as they have lost the item. We have listened to excuses, lies,and no answers as to where our parcel is. Maybe they should be called. Slow way. Wait way. Lost way. Excuse way. No way delivery.”
“I had an issue with fastway previously where a courier kept my parcel for themselves, but now they state that my latest delivery address was incorrect, never mind the fact that I picked 1 of their own drop off points and after 1 "failed delivery" with no contact or notification they've returned my delivery, can't contact them myself”
