17/05/21 One star too good! Such a shockingly bad courier service. Driver never delivered my package from Zara despite me being in all day! Hmmm,, where did my package disappear to!! No explanation given though numerous attempts made in chat/email option as one can't call them! Waiting for Danny Hughes CEO to get back to me. Will post update here!

FastWay - what a disgrace of a company! False updates on orders, undelivered orders, keeping parcels in depot for weeks, my best advice is to avoid them...

Just absolutely horrendous! Only giving 1 star because you can't give less! This is the 2nd time they've screwed up. They seemingly cannot find my house even though they have delivered before. They keep sending my package for no reason between Cork and Southwest Depots? As of yesterday, FLAT OUT LIED ABOUT DELIVERY, ME SIGNING FOR ITEM AND ATTEMPTING TO RING ME!!! DID NOT HAPPEN, HOME ALL DAY!!! NO IDEA WHERE MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO? €200 WORTH OF CLOTHES THAT I WANTED!!! They need to be shut down badly, absolutely disgraceful! So angry!!

Fastway couriers are consistently poor on delivery. Packages arrive battered, and always late. I always put an eircode on any order, yet their driver calls and tells you they don't have an eircode so that the delivery is going back. Today I got a message and returned the call within 1 min. I gave the driver my eircode and told him it was a birthday present for my 10 year old, which she has. Been waiting on every day, Only to be told that the package is going back to depot as he is more than 15 mins drive away and was already in the area earlier, yet he had only just phoned 1 min earlier. . Grrr. They are the worst.

ordered a part from an Irish company in Donegal instead of my usual UK one they shipped the part on the 15/01/21 and said I would have it on the 18/01/21 we are closing now at 4.45 on the 19/01/21 and it still hasn't been delivered. they don't have a phone number or an email address and there on line help need a lot of help I think the staff manning it are special and not I a good way, I have told this Irish company that unless they can find a better courier I will never order another part from them, Rubbish service and no customer service don't ever use this company

Horrendous company! Must be investigated for it’s told unprofessional operation! I didn’t think it was possible in this day and age to be soooo incompetent. Will never buy from a company that uses fastway for delivery!

A truly desperate service, it's a shame companies cannot be fired for not providing a service. Over €500 worth of presents from 3 different companies have all gone missing with Fastway. I've been on to customer service and they are simply terrible, giving replied saying we didn't get your parcel..yet they delivered one package of a mutli package. Business need to be very careful and simply AVOID using Fastway. It must be costing them a fortune, I've had orders resent and they still have not arrived 3 weeks later when I'm paying for a express delivery. Shocking and something needs to be done about this in the corporate section of Fastway!!!!

Should be closed down cowboys. Use a proper company like DPD . Parcels damaged and thrown at your gate and not to your door. Prime time should investigate this company for bad service . Dangerous drivers and poor management. Avoid

I had a Sports Direct delivery due last week and I was anticipating it arriving last Friday after I received notification that the parcel was loaded onto the Courier's van at 6am on Friday.... No sign of them.... Then the next day the status had changed to 'parcel delivered at 8:34 am'... This is 100% false. No one delivered anything as I would've seen the vehicle due to where my house is situated and plus I was working from home, beside the front window at that time. Reached out to Fastway and received a generic response email and then nothing since after multiple emails... They should be shut down for this and be investigated.

They are scammers The worst service I've ever seen. It's impossible to contact them and the tracking system is completely useless. After 1 week still waiting to receive 2 parcels from Dublin to Dublin...unbelievable! They are scammers don't use them at all!

Fastway couriers have NO contact phone number. They have gone to a lot of trouble to remove their numbers from google completely. Their only contact is email. And it isn't fast. Further, their drivers are poorly treated franchisees who in my experience are quite happy to forge a signature and lob the parcel in bush. I'm told that they are better once they get to know you personally, but I've never met one to get to know since he's always off lobbing my parcel in my neighbour's bush. Obviously, I'm biased. So, I'd suggest that you check out the reviews for this company on Irish websites before you buy from a company that uses them.

My package wasn't delivered. I was told by Fastway without a tracking number they can't help me. I never received a tracking number in the first place. Terrible experience with them. Awful experience with them a few years ago too. Do not use Fastway

This company is a joke. Received an email to say the parcel was delivered but it was not. It's been 10 days and their only response to my email is to tell me it has been delivered. There is no customer care phone line and their support chat only operates for a couple of hours a day with huge wait times. They could not be less helpful if they tried.

A truly shockingly terrible company. A really terrible company. I shudder anytime I now see this crowd as the couriers for any order I make, to the point I know contact the seller, and won't make a purchase if they use Fastway. Guaranteed to be a few days, if not weeks late, and that's if you recieve the item at all. I see they're getting 5 stars on Trustpilot, which can only be explained that they are paying for the votes.

"This company is absolutely the worst; they deserve zero stars. I spent four days waiting at home for my parcel, only for it to never arrive. When I contacted customer service, they explained that they couldn't access the building. There was no phone call, and no one even rang the bell."

Customer service is non existent. They failed to deliver two of my items which were expensive and have no contact number to query about missing items . When emailed they failed to respond it takes accountability or responsibility for their mistakes . Atrocious. I would never use them again as they have no policy or company values in place or to the customer.

If it was possible , Id give these guys 0 stars! How they can call themselves a courier company is beyond me. We try actively avoid companies that uses these clowns, but unfortunately Oxendales uses these cowboys. They managed to "loose " our parcel twice and makes you wonder as it was quite high in value. First time around they told us parcel left outside the door, lies as I was home all day , because thought foolishly that maybe I get the delivery on the date promised . When told this, they quickly changed their story advising , that it was left on the pack door. That is quite interesting, as no backdoor where parcel could be left. Oxendales gave refund and foolishly agreed to place order again. Only this time they have " mis sort " the parcel twice .. Customer service is non existent , sent them an email and got response "it will be delivered the next working day" this was days ago. These guys really aren't worth the hassle and headache they cause you. AVOID
