The response from Fastways when my parcel didn't arrive and the tracking number is showing that it is at the Limerick sorting hub... this is actually pathetic: Hi I have investigated this shipment and it appears to have been misdirected within our Network and we haven't been able to locate. If you contact your supplier they will arrange next steps with you. Apologies for the inconvenience caused with the delay Let me know if I can assist with anything else

I have never had a good experience with Fastway. I purchased good from Sports Direct and second time they said the delivered and they have not . The only company that can rob you in plain sight and not get arrested for it.

Stay away from this cowboy company. I’ll explain how this company operates below. First, They lied twice about having attempted two times to deliver (email saying that delivery was attempted). I was at home all the days. The customer service is a total joke and has no useful information. The first alleged delivery was Tuesday. I eventually got it Saturday (the first actual attempt to deliver). I spent quite a while speaking with a very normal Fastway driver today. He explained how the company works. They are totally disorganised. The driver’s van gets loaded with an impossible number of packages and any the cannot deliver they designate as “attempted delivery” on their app, making it look as though the customer is at fault. This is not the driver’s fault. It is company policy. Apparently the company does NOT have an app. or equivalent, to optimise a route so the driver must find one at his/her own expense. And these apps. don’t do a good job. There are other sloppy, inefficient things that happen. I won’t bother listing them except this one. When the driver scans the Fastway barcode on the package, the eircose is NOT an assed to their simple app. They need a new App. and new management or ownership just for starters. Terrible company.

1 of the worst Couriers company going ,lies after lies , 1. saying could not find my address, which they have ,and postal code and my phone number. 2 but they said they put ,a card in the post box , saying they could not deliver, got no card.how could they put a card in my post box, if they could not find my address. Fastway have to be not just the worst delivery company in the entire country,but possibly one of the worst businesses overall. They must have a full time team writing fake 5 star reviews on their behalf. Their service is so bad it's no wonder it's almost impossible to get in contact with them, I doubt they could hire enough customer service agents to cover the complaints about their abysmal service. Tracking is woeful. Packages are never delivered on time. They have a standard "attempted delivery" notification, you could be sitting on your doorstep waiting for them and it would still register as an attempted delivery. But that's when it suits them, miraculously the "left at safe location" notification shows up when they supposedly deliver packages behind plant pots, even though there are no plant pots to be seen and the doorbell cam shows nothing. I make a point with every online retailer to find out who the delivery company is and if I get feedback that it's Fastway I cancel my order. Unfortunately the odd one slips through the cracks and every single time there is an issue with delivery. AVOID THIS USELESS SHOWER AT ALL COSTS

All the reviews are 100% true. I have lost 2 parcels with the same company i don’t even know why its still up and running. Customer service cant even solve an issue but just go quiet on you. Very pathetic service

This so-called delivery company are liars. They say they've delivered a package when they haven't, and their customer service is awful. They can only be reached by chat, and the morons they have manning their chat lines disconnect without even attempting to solve the issues. This company consistently lies, are virtually impossible to communicate with, and have no ethics or morals about misleading their customers. Do not use them!

When you're ordering online, don't just blindly hit that 'purchase' button. Take a moment to grill the retailer about who they're entrusting your package to. And if they have the audacity to mention Fastway, shut it down immediately! Those useless pack of fools couldn't find their way out of a paper bag, let alone deliver a package on time. Countless times I've been left waiting, only for them to dump my stuff at some sketchy shop or, worse yet, hand it off to a complete stranger! Never again will I ever make a purchase where those stupid clowns are going to be involved. Fastway are thieves, taking money for packages they won't deliver!!!

I’m not even gonna elaborate on how bad this company is. Just read all the negative review, they are all 100% true. Never ever deal with this company, the chance that it will deliver your package is below 1%. Absolutely awful customer experience!

I'm now waiting a month everyday theyr saying loaded on van then can't deliver noone here and I am here 24/7.. I can't get a refund from very cos fastway saying they have the parcel fastway have no answerable fone u have to email.they are a disgrace.and to add insult to injury they are delivering to other people in the area 🙄 but obviously lost mine and won't admit it

Nothing but lies! Got emails at 5am saying they tried to deliver! 5am! We have CCTV and there was no delivery van. Then today, got an email to say item had been delivered. It had not! No delivery van seen on CCTV. This company consistently lies. They are impossible to contact. A very shady company in my opinion. No not use them!

How are companies still using Fastway??? I don’t understand. Yet another package gone missing. Says signature received and delivered but no sign of it. The couriers regularly lie so I can just assume someone wanted to finish early for the bank holiday but make it look like they finished their deliveries. At least this time the lie wasn’t ’attempted delivery’ which I guess makes a change. How are they still in business…

My third time being told an attempted delivery was made. totally ignoring the fact that I was home and have cctv which shows no attempted delivery was made fastway cannot be contacted and their online chat either cuts you off or ignores your queries So. fastway get your property and real use they have too many deliveries but won't email you about a delay. instead they pretend that they tried to deliver and fob it off on the customer, it's a tactic used to show they always deliver andbits the recipients fault if they don't. So... they put up a customer not at home status and ignore your property being kept for days on end in their depot to sell a false image of competent practice

Every time I see Fastway couriers being used by a business, I don't use that business anymore as I never get the parcel that I have ordered, and if I do, it's just thrown into our garden rain or shine! A terrible company, impossible to contact.

Terrible service. Onto my third day of "We attempted to deliver your parcel.." This is lies. Nobody has attempted to deliver a parcel whatsoever. When I chatted with their customer support, I was simply told that the parcel was out for delivery. When I told them that this has been the case for days, I was met with the response that the driver could have ran out of time and they just ended the chat. No follow up, no offer to help. How is this allowed?

Worst service ever. Lying about attempting delivery and not for the first time. I have 2 dogs that bark when someone comes to my front door. I left specific instructions as to where to leave my delivery if I wasn’t at home. Ignored by the so called attempted delivery driver. Don’t know how they do any business. Worst website ever, can’t even lodge a complaint on it. AVOID this company.

Fastway are an absolute disgrace. There staff and drivers are just useless. most The drivers that deliver for them are employed out of desperation. There attitudes are appalling and no business should use them.
