“Fastway is absolutely terrible. It has been over a week and my parcel still hasn’t been delivered. Nobody answers the phone, and emails are completely ignored. The customer service is non-existent and the lack of communication is unacceptable.
This is by far one of the worst delivery companies I have ever dealt with. I would never recommend Fastway to anyone.”
“I was home all day waiting for my package, nobody called. Then I get an email at 11:30pm from the website I ordered from, because Fastway didn’t bother to ring or tell me, that they had called and nobody answered. No email, no phone call, no word, nothing. I was here all day with a reactive dog who definitely wouldn’t miss a stranger on the step, quiet all day. And even if I had somehow missed them, they didn’t leave it on the step or around the side or under my car or even toss it over my side gate. NOTHING. Not even a text. Their website says to call the number in my “Welcome Email”. I did not receive a welcome email. I now have to email support, locate the depot warehouse and contact them and just try to find anyone that can tell me what to do. A lot of hassle all because they didn’t even bother coming. I’ve heard horror stories from others about Fastway but I had never dealt with them before this… never had postal problems before this either.”
“If giving Fastway zero stars for their service was an option that’s what I’d have picked.
I knew they were poor at best based on previous deliveries with them but I recently ordered a product and paid for next day delivery. The next day came and I got an email from Fastway to say my purchase had been delivered when it most certainly had not been delivered.
A brutal customer service system is all they have for trying to contact them with queries. No phone numbers work, just a form to fill in and no one gets back to your query.
The seller managed to contact them and after a few days of trying to locate my parcel, it was noted as delivered by the driver but no signature included on the delivery and then they came back with a final response to say the parcel was ‘lost’.
Pathetic company with a terrible delivery service.”

“Stay as far away from Fastway as you can. I ordered something online and unfortunatley, they used Fastway to deliver. I came from Wicklow on a Monday and on Friday it was still saying it was mis-sorted in the depot. I live 10 minutes from their depot but they don't allow customers to call and collect. I had to get on to the seller and ask them to chase it up. It was finally delivered 5 days after it reached Cork. This is the 4th package that has been mislaid/went missing with FW in the last few years, one was a laptop. If ordering online, ask the seller what courier they use first and if it's Fastway, run!!!”
“Would give -5 stars if i could,ordered package last weekend,3 days in a row now it's "scheduled for evening delivery" unfortunately I bought from a company that deals with fastway,not the first time I've been unfortunate enough to have the fastway experience.good god they are incompetent.between throwing packages on the edge of the road barely inside the driveway to claiming the package was delivered when it clearly was not to losing said package altogether. They are the absolute worst.i have informed the company i bought from that I will not be buying there again if they continue to use fastway.my friends and family are the same. Give it up fastway,ye are awful.

“Honestly one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had. My parcel was marked “out for delivery” over a week ago, and I only just received an email saying they’re “short on drivers” — with no delivery date in sight.
The parcel’s been sitting in a depot doing absolutely nothing, and there’s no attempt to resolve the situation or offer alternatives. Communication is minimal, and when they do reply, it’s vague and unhelpful.
This is unacceptable for any courier service, let alone one trusted by major retailers. If you value your time (and your sanity), avoid Fastway at all costs.”
“Fastway lie about their delivery timeframe. I paid for express delivery(1-2 working days) however it has taken 5+ working days to even get word of my package. I tried contacting customer service but they are utterly useless. Emailed at 10AM and told my query would be dealt with ASAP however it was 3 days until I received a response. My parcel didn’t come in time and I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the service and care they offer for their customers.”
“Ordered items on Tuesday 9th July, received email on Wednesday 10th that the package has been handed to courier. The tracking number still has no information on it one week later. I have contacted Fastway and the seller twice querying this. I have yet to receive a response which is quite frustrating, on reading reviews this seems to be a regular occurrence. I think companies need to review this courier partnership.”
“The worst delivery service, not the first time when driver drops the parcel in front of the house not even bothering to ring the bell to let the customer know that parcel dropped , no phone call, nothing, parcel outside for everyone's view. After receiving an email that delivered an hour after, went outside to check if there. Disgrace”

“Parcel never delivered and they marked it as delivered to my door. There was no attempt to deliver, I was actually waiting for the parcel, no note, no attempt to call no nothing. This happened on Friday evening when I can't even contact their customer support. They are the worst delivery company in Ireland. I always had a problem with each parcel delivered by them.”
