“Parcels constantly marked as delivered when they haven't. Parcels constantly dumped on the door step when there is a MASSIVE parcel box that the drivers walk past. Half the time they are on their phones and just don't look and throw it on the door step, that's if I'm lucky. Some are so lazy they dump it on the pillar in the rain. It's only fastway that do it! They used to be like this for years but then over the past couple years they got better for us but in the last 9 months or so it's gone back to the old lazy service, even the customer service is non existent”
“They sent me an email saying that my parcel had been delivered to a safe place. It wasn’t. It was left propped up on the doorstep in full view. Luckily we got home before it was lifted. The email was of course “no reply” as is usual with poor customer care companies.”

“Aparantly refuse to deliver to my house. Gave no excuse this is the 3rd delivery that I have aparantly refused even tho the parcel didn’t go out for delivery”
