Extremely bad service. Someone's package was delivered to my house there was two labels on the package one from a parcel I was waiting from but it wasn't my package it was another persons. Still waiting a week for someone to pick up the person's package they left at my house after mulitlpe requests to pick it up what's worst is I've asked 4-5 times where my package is and the customer service agents keeps ignoring this part of my message or not responding. Customer service not acknowledging your package is missing is unbelievably ignorant. Do not use this service if your sending parcels to family, friends or if your a small business who can't afford to replace missing packages because you won't even get an response from the company.
