Avoid at all costs. They lost a delivery worth 1K. They constantly update tracking with nothing but lies. Customer service is a joke.
No contact number, no online chat (recently online form has been removed). I went to the depot and one of the guys working there told me that my parcel may be loaded on the van without scanning the code (it looks like they have no control over drivers and my parcel was stolen).
