Worst customer service ever
Says item delivered. Can’t get through to any number despite them sayin they are constantly reviewing better ways to assist ppl
The web chat never has a reply I’ve tried entering chat and the track number 8 times in one hr and it goes around and around asking same info
No lines manned and no couriers numbers or depots working. Shame on them
