Used Fastway for our business for around 10 years, because they were cheap. Unbelievably poor customer service and blatantly obvious that their drivers do not give a monkey's. So many cock-ups that I couldn't list them all here, just shockingly bad overall. Finally binned them and moved on. Avoid them like Covid.
