Fastway is an incredibly brazen excuse for a courier company. I have accidentally had to deal with them as, for some reason, well known companies choose to use them as couriers. In both occasions that they have been tasked to deliver a parcel, they have dropped the parcel off at RANDOM locations. The first time, my parcel was delivered to Nellys shed. Where on earth is Nellys shed? They then managed to retrieve it and proceeded to drop it off at a random Supervalue. Not the address stated. To a grocery store. The second time, they at least didn’t bother with the first step of dropping it at Nellys Mysterious Shed, however they have once again dropped it off at a random supervalue. I honestly do not have the words for how little I want to do business with this sham company.
