Consistently “misdirecting” my parcels and they never arrive within the time frame stated. I have genuinely never had a parcel arrive on time. As well as this, the couriers more or less toss parcels over the gate and don’t bother ringing the bell to let me know it’s arrived. They blindly throw them over not knowing what is on the other side. It’s so frustrating especially when the parcel is needed by a specific date. I only use them when I have literally no other options
